The candidate will refine cost models, allocatio­n logic, and reporting frameworks while ensuring accurate, defensible financial reporting and clear communication of TBM insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in TBM, IT financial management, or cost transparency initiatives.
• 1-3 years for (Tier 1).
• Advanced Excel skills (data modeling, complex formulas, pivoting).
• Ability to collaborate with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights for non-financial audiences.
• Familiarity with TBM tools, cost modeling practices, and TBM reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead TBM Expense Transparency activities across IT divisions with consistent reporting and cost modeling.
• Develop, maintain, and refine TBM financial models and reporting frameworks (cost allocation, service mappings, run/innovate).
• Partner with Service Owners to validate inputs and align cost structures.
• Maintain and support TBM spend reporting for stakeholders.
• Validate and refine TBM allocation methodologies.
• Ensure accuracy and defensibility of financial reporting through data source mapping and rules.
