Job summary

Ryan seeks a Senior Consultant in Tax Technology to partner with internal stakeholders and clients to identify business challenges and design scalable tax solutions. The role involves requirements analysis, ETL, data evaluation, testing, and documentation using Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, and the Power Platform.

You will mentor junior teammates, contribute to high-quality outcomes, and help deliver data-driven tax solutions across client engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, technology, data analytics, or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, tax technology, or data analysis.
Experience with low-code/no-code tools, ETL processes, automation, data visualization, and reporting.
Experience building dashboards, reports, workflows, and data validation routines.

Responsibilities

Interface with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
Provide proactive status updates and maintain effective communication throughout project life cycles.
Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations.
Support resolution of client inquiries and service-related matters.
