Job summary

Ryan LLC is seeking a Business Solutions Consultant to collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing, implementing, and enhancing business and technology solutions. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and document solutions to drive client value and operational efficiency.

Role involves data analysis, solution configuration, testing support, and stakeholder communication across Service Delivery and Global Shared Services. Independent travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and/or data analysis experience.
• Business Analyst experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IS, Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution documentation.
• Gather, extract, reconcile, and analyze data to support client engagements and internal initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support testing and resolution of client questions and service requests.
