Job summary

Ryan seeks a Senior Consultant, Tax Technology to work with internal stakeholders and clients to identify challenges, analyze tax processes, and design scalable data-driven solutions.

You will perform requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, ETL activities, configuration, testing, and documentation to support initiatives, using tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, and the Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, information systems, CS, technology, data analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, tax technology, ETL, or related services.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools, ETL, data visualization, and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain communication throughout projects.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop and deliver client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and service-related matters.
