Job summary

BPM is seeking a Manager - Tax Automation & Development to lead automation and development within the Tax practice. You will manage an offshore development team delivering internal technology solutions that enhance the Tax practice, bridging Tax and software development for scalable automation and AI-enabled capabilities.

Hybrid work is available for candidates near BPM offices, with 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• CPA with significant public accounting tax experience.
• Experience in Tax Technology, business process improvement, or technology transformation.
• Experience leading software development initiatives and/or offshore development teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated offshore Tax Technology development team.
• Translate tax business processes into functional and technical requirements for development and prioritize roadmap.
• Lead the design and delivery of integrations, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and internally developed applications.
