Position Summary
The Manager - Tax Automation & Development is responsible for leading the execution of automation and development within the Tax practice group. This role builds and manages a dedicated offshore development team responsible for designing, developing, and delivering internal technology solutions that enhance the Tax practice. Serving as the strategic bridge between Tax and software development, this position translates business objectives into scalable automation, integrations, AI-enabled capabilities, and custom applications that improve efficiency, strengthen the user experience, and extend the value of the firm's Tax Technology ecosystem.
Note: Candidates located near a BPM office will follow a hybrid work model, with 2–3 days per week in the office.
Reports to the Tax Technology Leader and is responsible for the leadership and management of BPM's dedicated offshore Tax Technology development team.
