Ernst & Young is recruiting an Analyst for our USA Tax - ITTS (ICTA) team, focusing on international tax strategy, cross-border planning and client service. The role supports the growth of EY's tax practice within a dynamic, hybrid work environment across multiple U.S.

locations. The candidate will research and analyze tax issues, communicate findings effectively, and contribute to risk management and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing LL.M. in Taxation or JD with strong academic record.
• Membership or anticipated membership in a US state bar is required.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong time management to handle multiple complex projects.
• Willingness to travel and work longer hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze international tax issues to understand business needs.
• Communicate findings and articulate a clear approach to clients.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business.
• Maintain confidentiality of client relationships and work products.
• Develop understanding of EY methodologies and tools to enhance service delivery.
