Qualifications

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
• Conduct tax research and provide recommendations on complex tax matters.
• Serve as primary contact for clients regarding tax planning, compliance, and advisory needs.
• Mentor and coach staff accountants to ensure quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
• Conduct tax research and provide recommendations on complex tax matters.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding tax planning, compliance, and advisory needs.
• Manage multiple tax engagements and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Review work prepared by staff accountants and provide coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance.
