You will supervise and review federal and state returns, develop tax strategies to minimize liabilities, mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and stay current on tax laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or a corporate/public blend.
• CPA license strongly preferred (or active progress toward completion).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MST or JD/LLM is a significant plus.

• Engagement Management: Lead and review the preparation of complex federal and state tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, and Partnerships).
• Tax Strategy: Develop and implement innovative tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize financial outcomes for clients.
