DeLisaGroup is seeking a Tax Supervisor/Manager with a CPA and 3–7 years of public accounting experience to lead tax engagements and mentor staff in a hands-on role.

This position involves preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local returns, staying current with tax rules, managing budgets and deadlines, and building strong client relationships with a focus on service quality.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required.
• 3–7 years of public accounting experience.

• Strong tax, accounting, analytical, and client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: $95,000–$150,000/year, depending on experience
Bonus: Annual bonus opportunity

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Tax Supervisor / Manager with a CPA and 3–7 years of public accounting experience to manage tax engagements, supervise and mentor accounting staff, and provide exceptional client service. This is a hands-on supervisory role with significant client interaction and responsibility for engagement quality and timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise tax engagements.

Typical non-busy-season hours are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility when needed. Busy-season hours may vary.
