Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to join a growing public accounting team in a hybrid role designed to support work/life balance while offering opportunities for advancement. Strong proficiency in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation is required, with additional exposure to international, SALT, or estates and trusts considered beneficial.

  • Identifying non-routine tax issues and recommending solutions.

  • Overseeing the preparation workflow and assisting staff with resolving tax issues.
  • Keeping management informed about engagement progress and addressing technical or scheduling concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required).
  • Minimum of three years of public accounting experience (required).
  • Master’s degree in taxation or MAcc with tax focus (highly preferred).
