Competenze

• 4-6 years of experience in tax preparation.
• CPA or EA license or eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

Mansioni

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Foster and develop client relationships and coordinate entity filings.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Review accounting procedures to support tax preparation and ensure quality.
• Research and document complex tax issues, presenting guidance and solutions.
