Job summary

Sorren, Inc. is seeking a seasoned tax leader to oversee the firm's most complex engagements. You will advise clients on planning strategies, structuring transactions, and long-term minimization, while ensuring compliance across federal, state, and local tax laws.

You will guide engagement execution, supervise managers and senior associates, and collaborate with other service lines. A CPA license and leadership experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to convey complex tax concepts clearly to clients and teams.
• Experience leading complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and multi-entity structures.
• Ability to develop engagement strategies and coordinate with internal/external specialists.
