Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in tax preparation.
• CPA license or eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review complex individual, corporate, and partnership returns and prepare highly complex filings.
• Foster client relationships and address tax issues with clients and professionals involved.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff; ensure deadlines and compliance.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advise on entity structures and filings.
• Stay updated on tax laws and industry best practices.
