Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in tax preparation.
• CPA license or eligibility required.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and consolidated tax returns.
• Review associates’ and interns’ tax returns, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and growth.
• Perform and review quarterly and annual accounting procedures to prepare financial records for tax purposes.
• Identify organizational structures and related entities for tax implications and big-picture impacts.
• Explain issues clearly to clients and team members; meet deadlines and billable targets.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns to enhance team performance.
