Formación

• 5-10 years of experience in tax preparation is preferred.
• CPA license or eligible; Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and related tools is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns; prepare highly complex returns as needed.
• Foster and develop meaningful client relationships, addressing tax issues and coordinating related entity filings.
• Perform detailed reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work.
• Review quarterly and annual accounting procedures to support tax preparation.
• Analyze organizational structures for tax impacts and ensure accurate filings.
• Prepare estimated tax liabilities and provide strategic tax planning.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Research and document complex tax issues, presenting guidance and solutions.
• Communicate tax planning solutions with clients and other professionals involved in the client relationship.
