Ideal candidates have CPA/EA licensure or 3–4 CPA exams with 3–10+ years of tax experience, real estate tax exposure a plus, and excellent client management and communication skills.

A well-established 70-employee CPA firm operating primarily within the Mountain Time Zone is seeking 2-3 experienced Tax Seniors and Tax Supervisors to join its growing team in a 100% remote capacity.

• Training: One-week company-paid trip for orientation and team training

Ideal Candidate Background

• CPA License, EA License, or 3-4 CPA exams passed
• 3-10+ years of public accounting tax experience preferred
• Generalist tax background supporting closely held businesses and individual clients
• Experience preparing and/or reviewing tax returns
• Real estate tax exposure is a plus
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Competitive base salary of $110,000 - $130,000
