Job summary

Transportation Partners & Logistics in Englewood, CO is seeking a Manager of Tax to lead the U.S. tax provision, compliance, and planning for a fast-growing, private equity-backed renewable energy platform.

You will partner with accounting, finance, legal, and development teams to drive tax-efficient outcomes across project investments, tax equity structures, and acquisitions, while overseeing ASC 740 work and tax reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax required.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum 6 years tax experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision and ASC 740 disclosures.
• Manage tax accounts, reconciliations, and provision-to-return adjustments.
• Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance processes.
• Coordinate tax equity structures and ITC/PTC considerations.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
• Lead tax audits and improve SOX-compliant controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and tax data integration.
