Job summary

The Tax Manager at TAKKION will lead U.S. tax provision (ASC 740), compliance and planning for a fast-growing renewable energy platform backed by private equity.

You will collaborate with accounting, finance, legal and development teams to optimize tax outcomes on project investments, tax equity structures, and acquisitions, while strengthening tax data flows and SOX controls. The role requires CPA, 6+ years of tax experience, and strong communication across all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or tax.
• CPA required.
• Minimum 6 years’ tax experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax.
• Big 4 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision and related disclosures (ASC 740).
• Manage tax accounts, reconciliations and provision-to-return adjustments.
• Oversee federal, state and local tax compliance processes and external providers.
