Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a seasoned Manager, Tax to lead tax compliance and advisory services for diverse clients in a dynamic Austin-based team. You will guide engagements from planning to delivery, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance while fostering client trust and strategic advisory.

The role emphasizes developing talent, driving business development, and maintaining technical excellence through CPD and industry insights. Travel may be required for client engagements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• CPA license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and internal meetings.

Mansioni

• Manage tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Research complex tax matters and communicate findings through developed reports.
• Review tax returns for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify tax issues and propose practical solutions.
• Support client growth, retention, and business development.
• Mentor tax professionals and manage project workflows to ensure timely delivery.
