Job summary

ADP is hiring a Full Level Tax (FLT) Specialist to work with Implementation Centers and clients to ensure accurate tax deposits and timely filings. The role focuses on reconciliation, client relationship management, and adherence to FLT standards.

You will support internal teams and external partners, maintain documentation, and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on tax laws and product updates. This is a challenging, rewarding position within our tax services group.

Qualifications

• 1 year of service-oriented processing experience or equivalent.
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze balances and reconcile client tax deposit and filing information.
• Coordinate and review client documentation for deposits and filings.
• Communicate balance issues and devise resolution plans with clients.
• Provide status updates to internal partners and clients on conversions.
• Record client status and update milestones using FLT standards.
• Attend training on ADP Payroll and Tax products and stay current with product rollouts.
