Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Full Level Tax (FLT) Specialist to work with Implementation Centers, Data Conversion Services and Financial Service Centers to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation and entry of quarterly and annual tax data.

The role focuses on maintaining client relationships and applying FLT standards across tax filings. The position requires at least 1 year in a processing/service environment and an associates degree, with strong communication and multitasking abilities to handle

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in a service-oriented processing capacity.
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Preference for payroll, tax deposit and tax reporting experience.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight timelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes balances and reconciles client tax deposit and filing information with employee balances and resolves any out-of-balance conditions.
• Coordinates and reviews client documentation for deposits and filings for all affected quarters.
• Proactively communicates balance issues and notifies clients of debit advice when applicable.
• Provides status updates to internal partners and clients on mid-quarter and mid-year conversions.
• Uses FLT processes to notify clients of current tax status and prepares tax verification communications.
• Delivers Quarterly Wage and Tax Register to ensure W-2 accuracy and proper client data.
• Inputs and submits current and prior quarter tax liability and deposits using ADP tools.
• Records client status and project milestones in the FLT system and maintains documentation.
• Performs timely follow-ups with clients and internal teams; mentors less tenured specialists.
• Suggests improvements to training and procedures to management or leaders.
• Stays current on ADP payroll and tax products and legislative changes.
