Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, performing full-service tax preparation and related guidance for customers in a friendly retail setting.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will help clients maximize refunds, reinforce tax knowledge, and build lasting community relationships using Intuit tools and marketing support. The role is non-exempt with a strong pay-for-performance structure.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license required.
• Minimum 3 years tax preparation experience.
• Onsite retail environment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador at a TurboTax location.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build relationships.
