Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax returns, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes while promoting Intuit’s mission. This non-exempt, on-site role supports growth of the local TurboTax client base and community presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• PTIN needed to file taxes.
• Ability to obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (federal and state).

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide tax advisory services and complete tax preparation for clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with local marketing to grow the client base within the community.
