The Tax Expert is a credentialed trusted advisor who serves as the front-office lead within a team-of-experts model, working alongside back-office preparers and quality review teams to deliver Full-Service Tax Preparation and Assisted Tax Support.
This role is focused on advisory and relationship-building skills rather than tax preparation volume. As a Tax Expert, you will help customers understand their tax situation, exercise strong review judgment on work completed by others, and deliver exceptional client service throughout the engagement lifecycle.
