Job summary

TaxAct is seeking a Product Support Supervisor (Seasonal) to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will train and mentor staff who support TaxAct individual filers, manage projects, and ensure metrics and deadlines are met.

The role focuses on supervising agents, guiding performance, and supporting knowledge base improvements, with opportunities to contribute to process enhancements during peak tax season.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of remote call center supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Experience using tax software is preferred.
• Basic tax knowledge is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor, seasonal, and permanent agents.
• Mentor agents with weekly coaching and progress checks.
• Monitor live calls/chats and provide immediate feedback.
• Manage agent schedules and timecard reconciliation.
• Lead new-hire training and QA of interactions.
• Resolve escalations and communicate trends to management.
