Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Services Senior Analyst in Accounting Compliance & Reporting to support statutory reporting and global bookkeeping for clients across multiple countries. You will analyze GAAP adjustments, validate financial statements, and ensure timely completion of close processes, while collaborating with supervisors and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related business major or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in tax services or accounting roles.
• CPA license or membership to state Bar or progress toward attainment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze statutory reporting and GAAP adjustments for accuracy in monthly/quarterly/annual close.
• Follow up on deliverables and resolve issues to mitigate late filing risks.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency and client experience.
• Apply judgement in solving accounting or process issues.
