Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related major or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in a relevant field.
• CPA license or state Bar membership (or progress toward)
• Knowledge of global statutory reporting and/or bookkeeping across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and IT concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; prioritize priorities.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% to client locations.

Responsabilités

• Analyze issues in statutory reporting, GAAP to GAAP adjustments, and roll-forwards in statutory financial statements to validate accuracy.
• Follow up on deliverables, analyze issues, and collaborate to mitigate late filing risk.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency and client experience.
• Apply judgement to resolve accounting or process issues.
