Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Customer Tax Operations and Reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and deliver tax reporting services for financial institutions. You will gather and verify customer documents for FATCA and CRS, update client records, and provide indirect tax reporting such as WHT, GST, and VAT across global scopes.

You will lead engagements, manage budgets, and build teams across multiple activities while traveling as needed to serve clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret IRS Code, regulations and instructions.
• Experience with tax information reporting and withholding workflows.
• Strong writing skills for policy and procedure documentation.
• Experience managing client relationships and revenue delivery.
• Ability to lead and deliver complex tax reporting projects.
