• Perform diversified accounting and tax assignments under supervision.
• Direct and review staff work and instruct assistants.
• Prepare and index working papers and verify GAAP compliance in client matters.
• Prepare complex tax returns, including dissolution or liquidation.
• Suggest tax planning ideas to supervisors and partners.
• Prepare client correspondence for Partner review and signature.
