Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, with a focus on the Professional Services industry.
• Expertise in Partnership, Corporation, and individual shareholder/partner tax matters.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Advise professional services clients with tax planning for partnerships, corporations and individuals.
• Resolve complex tax issues while complying with federal, state and local laws.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Lead business development to grow the practice and expand client base.
• Mentor tax professionals and foster collaboration.
• Oversee complex tax compliance engagements and filings.
