Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or law; advanced degree desirable.
• CPA or JD required.
• Eight (8)+ years' experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a professional services firm.
• Five (5)+ years' of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, and stay current with strategies.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted engagement team member providing federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle market and multinational clients.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters with various clients.
• Consult on corporate and flow-through taxation, accounting methods and ASC 740.
• Research tax matters, respond to IRS inquiries, and advise clients.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international and credits areas.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing and profitability targets.
• Develop business by networking and building client relationships.
• Participate in firm learning and development programs and mentor staff.
• Support team development and foster work-life balance.
