• Strong technical proficiency in corporate and partnership taxation, purchase price allocations, and Section 338 elections
• Prior Big 4 or large regional firm transaction advisory experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deals under tight timelines

Responsibilities

• Lead tax due diligence projects from scoping through report delivery.
• Advise on deal structuring alternatives, purchase price adjustments, and rep and warranty insurance considerations.
• Support post-acquisition integration planning and closing processes.
