Qualifications
Two (2) years of relevant work experience in state and local tax with a large public accounting or consulting firm.
Experience with corporate and flow-through concepts.
Strong current knowledge in state and local income, franchise and indirect tax.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on state and local tax opportunities and risks.
Analyze tax risks using tax returns and management interviews.
Prepare reports on tax due diligence and structuring findings.
Identify issues affecting purchase price or deal structure.
Work closely with executives and stakeholders.
Support multiple engagements ensuring high-quality work.
