Kovoro is seeking an incoming Tax Partner to lead and expand its private client services practice in the New York area. The role requires developing a portable book of business while delivering expert guidance on individual, estate, gift, trust, and entity-level tax matters.

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Manager or Director from a Big 4 or large regional firm with strong client relationships and readiness to assume ownership. Equity buy-in and merit-based compensation are offered.

Formación

• CPA is required; JD or LLM in Taxation strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of public accounting experience with substantial exposure to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Demonstrated ability to originate, retain, and grow client relationships.
• Deep technical knowledge of estate and gift taxation, trust structures, and partnership allocations.
