The role requires strong experience in tax due diligence and deal modeling, with a JD/LL.M. in Taxation preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading tax due diligence, structuring, and reorganizations.
• Background in tax research and modeling of attributes and deductions.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, with JD/LL.M. in Taxation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive tax strategy for acquisitions.
• Analyze tax and diligence issues around acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.
• Draft and negotiate contracts for transactions.
• Advise on transaction structuring, including tax costs and attributes.
• Collaborate with outside tax advisors to analyze complex issues.
• Develop recommendations and present economic and technical aspects.
• Lead transactional step plans; mentor team members.
