The Opportunity

As a Tax Senior Manager, you will gain insight into the financial services industry by working on diverse state and local tax projects for clients in banking, capital markets, insurance, and wealth and asset management sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Providing up-to-date tax advice on complex projects
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share insights and knowledge

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • CPA, licensed Attorney, or IPT certification
  • At least 8 years of experience in state and local Credits and Incentives tax processes
  • Experience managing budgets, teams, and projects
  • Strong research, writing, and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in professional services or in-house financial industry roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Tax Software (e.g., One Source, Corptax, Premium Pro)
  • Mentoring experience and adaptability in work styles

Competitive salary range: $133,700 to $305,400 (US-wide), with variations for specific regions. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and flexible work arrangements.
