Qualifications

• 7–10 years of tax experience in public accounting.
• 4+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Active CPA, EA, or equivalent certification.
• Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements.
• Experience with federal, multi-state, and international returns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client’s trusted advisor and own client relationships.
• Manage staff on engagement deliverables and ensure on-time delivery.
• Review complex tax returns for various entities.
• Provide recommendations and guidance to clients.
• Mentor, coach, and train staff; foster team environment.
• Engage in business development and client relationship management.
• Assist in strategic development of the department.
