• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience required.
• CPA license required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing multiple client engagements.
• Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and trusted tax advisory.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
• Review complex individual, partnership, S corporation, and corporate tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide tax planning, consulting, and practical solutions to help clients achieve their business and financial goals.
• Manage multiple tax engagements while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals through training, feedback, and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with partners and firm leadership to strengthen client relationships and support firm growth.
• Research complex tax issues and communicate recommendations clearly to clients and team members.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and expand client services.
