Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Master's in taxation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead client consultations, onboarding, and provide strategic tax advice.
• Oversee individual, trust, partnership, and S-corp filings for accuracy and compliance.
• Standardize workflows and leverage technology to improve practice efficiency.
• Provide monthly training for advisory staff on tax strategies and updates.
• Offer hourly bookkeeping and reconciliation services to support clients' records.
