Job summary

CLA is seeking a Tax Senior to join our Wisconsin Tax practice, with locations including Oshkosh. You will prepare, supervise, and review tax engagements for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and more, partnering with clients to deliver advisory services and resolve complex issues.

You’ll focus on engagement management, develop teammates, and expand your technical knowledge through client exposure, self-study, and formal training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA, EA, or JD license OR eligible to sit for CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain a CPA license.
• At least 2 years’ experience as an associate in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
