Job summary

CLA is seeking a Tax Senior to join our Wisconsin Tax practice. Locations include Appleton, Green Bay, La Crosse, Madison, Milwaukee, Oshkosh, Racine, Sheboygan, Stevens Point, and Wausau.

You will prepare, supervise, and review tax engagements across individuals, corporations, and partnerships, partnering with clients to deliver tailored advisory services and solving complex tax issues. This role emphasizes engagement leadership and mentorship within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA, EA, or JD license OR eligible to sit for CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain a CPA license.
• At least 2 years’ experience as an associate in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
