CLA is seeking a Tax Senior to join our Wisconsin Tax practice with locations including Appleton and other Wisconsin cities. You will prepare, supervise, and review various entity engagements and partner with clients on tax advisory services.

This role emphasizes engagement management, training, and ongoing professional development. Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, an active CPA/EA/JD or CPA eligibility, and at least 2 years of public accounting experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA, EA, or JD license OR eligibility to sit for CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement.
• At least 2 years' experience as an associate in public accounting.
• Desire to grow a career within a high-performing firm.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand technical and professional knowledge through client interactions, self-study, and training opportunities.
