Job summary

CLA is looking to hire a Tax Senior to join our Wisconsin Tax practice. Locations include Appleton, Green Bay, La Crosse, Madison, Milwaukee, Oshkosh, Racine, Sheboygan, Stevens Point, and Wausau.

The role involves preparing, supervising, and reviewing engagements across individuals, corporations, and partnerships. You will partner with clients on customized tax advisory services, focus on engagement management, and help develop the team through training and knowledge expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA, EA, or JD license OR eligibility to sit for CPA exams and meet 150-credit requirement.
• At least 2 years’ experience as an associate in public accounting.
• Strong interest in a firm that supports career growth and development.
• Ability to solve issues and bring meaningful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members on complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand technical and professional knowledge through client exposure, self-study, and training opportunities.
• Work with many great clients.
