Job summary

CLA is seeking a Tax Senior to join our Wisconsin Tax practice with locations in Appleton, Green Bay, La Crosse, and more. You will prepare and review diverse engagements, provide tax advisories, and work closely with a collaborative team to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, CPA/EA/JD eligibility, and at least 2 years of public accounting experience in a supportive, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA, EA, or JD license or eligibility to sit for CPA exams and meet 150-credit requirement.
• At least 2 years’ experience as an associate in public accounting.
• Desire to grow professionally within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corp, S corp, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and research complex issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to support their careers.
• Expand knowledge through client exposure, self-study, and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with many great clients.
