CLA, a top 10 national professional services firm, is hiring a Tax Senior to join our Wisconsin Tax practice. Locations include Milwaukee and other Wisconsin cities.

You will prepare, supervise, and review a range of tax engagements and partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services. The role emphasizes engagement management, mentoring junior staff, expanding technical knowledge, and delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA, EA, or JD license OR eligible to sit for the CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement.
• At least 2 years' experience as an associate in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
