Role Overview

As a senior in our Wealth & Asset Management practice, you will handle tax compliance and advisory for clients, working with teams from Managers to Partners on federal, international, and state/local taxation, including fund structuring and tax minimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance accounts for hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equity funds.
• Provide advisory services on tax strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Analyze trading reports for tax implications, including securities issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
• CPA license or licensed Attorney, or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in financial services industry, particularly with managed investment vehicles.
• Broad knowledge of federal and state/local income taxation.
