Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required.
• Master's degree in accounting or taxation preferred.
• 2–4 years public accounting experience.
• CPA license preferred; close and actively pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Maintains understanding of current tax laws, regulations and developments.
• Preparation of complex tax returns (individual, partnership, fiduciary).
• Supervises associates on preparation work.
• Demonstrates commitment to practice development.
• Prepares clear, well-supported workpapers and documentation.
• Takes ownership from assignment to completion.
