BeachFleischman seeks a proactive Tax Senior to join our growing practice. You will handle semi-complex tax assignments and develop leadership, exercising independent judgment on returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, or equivalent.
• Master's degree in accounting or taxation preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of public accounting experience.
• CPA license preferred; must be pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Understand current tax laws, regulations and developments.
• Prepare complex tax returns: individuals, partnerships, fiduciaries.
• Supervise associates on preparation work.
• Support practice development.
• Prepare clear, accurate workpapers and documentation.
• Own assigned work from start to finish.
