Job summary

TaxSlayer Pro is hiring Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to work remotely from home for the 2026/2027 tax season. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with paid training and a focus on helping customers navigate their tax filing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer support experience preferred.
• Comfortable using customer support software and systems.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.

This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak season.
